With the continuous development of high precision industry, the requirement of machine tool processing accuracy is getting higher and higher. Tapered cross roller bearings are used in CNC vertical lathes, turning and milling complex machine tools and working turntables of high precision grinding machines, which have the characteristics of high precision, high speed and high rigidity. Taking 1.6m turning-milling compound as an example, the radial runout of the turntable end can be controlled within 3-5μm and the speed can reach more than 500rpm using the bearing structure. During installation, the radial interference fit is adopted between the bearing and the mating part, and the axial prepressure is certain, which makes the accuracy of the turntable very good.
The application of tapered cross roller bearing makes the structure of the turntable simpler and reduces the height of the table and the weight of the main shaft structure. A single row tapered cross roller bearing can replace the traditional structural design of 2 or 3 bearings, with a smaller assembly space, with higher accuracy and rigidity. The design of the conical cross roller makes the bearing run more smoothly at high speed, effectively overcomes the sliding between the roller and the raceway when the bearing runs, and has low vibration, low noise and low heat. The cross structure of the roller makes the bearing have higher resistance to overturning torque, which effectively solves the rigidity problem of the turntable.
PSL tapered cross roller bearings are suitable for vertical turntables with a diameter of 800mm~4500mm, which can meet the needs of most end users for high-precision CNC vertical lathes.
