Guide wheel guide, linear guide and ball linear guide are common linear motion solutions. The guide wheel uses double row angular contact ball bearings, which can withstand large axial and radial forces, and the V-shaped design can automatically clean the guide rail surface, and the wheel has a seal, which can be used in dust environment, debris, direct cleaning and other harsh conditions. Because the wheel is similar to the bearing, the movement speed is very fast, the noise is very low, the system maintenance is like the maintenance of the bearing, and the performance of the entire linear guide system can be restored only by replacing the wheel, which is very different from the ball linear guide.
The guide wheel is matched with 90 degree V-shaped guide rail, the contact surface of this guide rail and the guide wheel is a right Angle surface, the use of line contact, so the transmission accuracy is not as good as the point contact ball linear guide, but its carrying capacity is very large. The surface hardness of carbon steel guide rail is about 53HRC, and the wear resistance is good.
